How is THE CHEONGAN soap different from regular soaps?

THE CHEONGAN soap is not just a cleansing bar —

it’s formulated to gently cleanse while helping the skin retain a comfortable, hydrated feel.

Made with herbal ingredients such as Lithospermum, Licorice, and Centella Asiatica,

it helps leave the skin clean yet soft and refreshed.

Each soap is carefully handcrafted using natural ingredients,

so slight variations in color or shape may occur due to the handmade process.

These differences are completely normal and do not affect the product’s quality or performance.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

All THE CHEONGAN soaps are free from harsh surfactants such as SLS or SLES,
and are made with gentle, naturally derived ingredients.

However, as skin conditions vary, we recommend a small patch test before first use.

Can I use it for both face and body?

A. Each THE CHEONGAN soap is designed according to skin type and area of use.

  • Daily Deep Moisture Bar / Daily Moisture Bar:
    All-in-one type suitable for both face and body.
    Daily Deep Moisture Bar → For dry skin, formulated to keep the skin feeling comfortable after washing.
    Daily Moisture Bar → For oily skin, helps balance excess sebum during cleansing.

  • Clear Skin Start Bar:
    Designed for oily or blemish-prone skin, suitable for the face, back, and chest,
    where sebum secretion is more active.

(※ For makeup removal, please use a separate first-step cleanser before washing.)

How should I store the soap after use?

After use, shake off excess water and store the soap in a well-ventilated area.

Avoid leaving it in standing water to prevent softening.

The included foaming net helps create a richer lather

and allows the soap to dry hygienically after each use.

How long does one bar last?

One bar typically lasts about 2–3 months for facial use

and about 1 month for full-body use.
